How Does it Work?
Order a Gift Card with a pre-selected amount from our website or give us a call if you would like a more personalised amount. Once purchased, we'll send you your unique 20 -digit Voucher code via email, which you can forward onto whoever you wish to gift it to. This voucher can be used as part payment toward any item, or use it to make separate purchases for items less than the value of your gift card. Each unique code will be valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Adaptor Clothing will dispatch your order within 4 working days of it being confirmed. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.

Royal Mail UK 24 Tracked: FREE on orders £75 or over. Additional item cost FREE.
Royal Mail UK 24hr Tracked: £4.95 on orders less than £75. Additional item cost FREE.
EU Flat Rate Shipping: £11.95 on orders less than £150. FREE EU Shipping on orders £150 or over. (Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail)
Int'l Flat Rate Shipping: £14.95 on orders less than £150. FREE Shipping on orders £150 or over. (Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail)
Taxes for European Union Customers
EU orders under 150EUR will have the appropriate taxes calculated and be payable at our checkout, plus the standard £11.95 shipping rate.
EU orders over 150EUR will not include EU taxes at our checkout; these will be calculated and be payable upon delivery. Orders over 150EUR being shipped into the EU automatically trigger customs checks - taxes and import duties will be payable upon delivery; you may also be charged Courier Handling Fees. To help mitigate any Import Duties and potential Handling Fees, we offer FREE Shipping into Europe on orders over £150 (approx 175EUR).
Returns
For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 30 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
If you return an item for exchange, you will have cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge (within the UK only).
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.
To return an item, please phone, 01992 501 616 or email us at info@adaptorclothing.com and we will issue you with an authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.
If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
